Pipestone For Mountain Biking

The 14th most popular mountain bike trail in Alberta.

Just north of Lake Louise, the Pipestone Trail follows the west bank of the Pipestone River north into desolate wilderness for 6.2 km. Keep an eye out for the side trail to Mud Lake. To reach the mountain biking trailhead from Lake Louise, follow TC 1 west to Slate Road. Turn right heading east and look for trailhead.

Overall, Pipestone is the 14th most popular mountain bike trail of all 23 mountain biking rides in Alberta.
