Near Valley of Five Lakes south of Jasper, the Maligne Canyon Trail (#7) runs from the Valley of Five Lakes up to Maligne Canyon. To reach the mountain biking trailhead from Valley of Five Lakes, head south on SR93 (a.k.a. Jasper-Banaff Highway) and watch for trailhead parking area.
