Near Hope east of Vancouver, the 66,000 hectare Manning Provincial Park has 5 major bike routes through rugged forested mountains and sub-alpine meadows. Try the 15km round-tripmountain bike route to Poland Lake via the Gibson Trail or the Monument 78 or the Monument 83 Trails. The MPP is on Highway 3 about 140 miles east of Vancouver.

Overall, Poland Lake Trails is the 11th most popular mountain bike trail of all 46 mountain biking rides in British Columbia.
