North of Spokane, Rossland has become a mountain biking mecca due to the hectic gold boom in the late 1800s. The result of this boom is an extensive network of mining and logging trails, including the following: Dewdney Trail (15 mi.), Neptune/Oasis (15 mi.), Doukhobour Draw (9 mi.), Whiskey Trail (7 mi.).
Overall, Rossland is the 35th most popular mountain bike trail of all 46 mountain biking rides in British Columbia.
