Southeast of Montreal, Bromont is a favorite of local mountain bike riders due to convience to Montreal and challenging downhill trails. Many of the trails are washed out, rocky and extremely difficult. The trail network is over 100km with prime singletrack mountain bike rides such as Bromont Extra-Legere (9km), Bing-Bang (3km) and Championnat du Monde (4km). Ther is an $8 daily user fee.

To reach the mountain biking trailhead from Montreal, head east across the Champlain Bridge onto Highway 10 for 60km to Exit #78. Head south on Blvd Bromont for 4km. Follow the Bromont Ski Area signs. The ski area is located at 150 Rue Champlain in Bromont.

Overall, Bromont Ski Area is the 3rd most popular mountain bike trail of all 13 mountain biking rides in Quebec. Several of the better mountain bike trails are nearby Bromont Ski Area including Ski Bromont, Coaticook Trail, Rougemont and Val-David.
