East of Geneva, the Portes du Soleil area from Les Gets / Morzine to Champrey, Switzerland has over 500km of trails and dirt roads running through lush forested mountains with flower-festooned fields.

The popular Tour VTT des Portes du Soleil route (aka Portes du Soleil Mountain Bike Circuit) is a 110km network of firetrack and singletrack looping a large portion of the Portes du Soleil region.

The town of Morzine is a mecca for DH riders who are drawn to the iconic track on the Pleney sector. Those is search of a gentler ride through forests and alpine meadows set their sights on the Super-Morzine peaks.

The Les Gets Centre VTT is a MTB heaven thanks to the massive range of riding options available on both sides of the valley: Chavannes or Mt Chéry. The Les Gets Centre VTT alone has 18 trails totaling 180km.

Overall, Portes Du Soleil Mountain Bike Area is the 1st most popular mountain bike trail of all 107 mountain biking rides in France.
