On the east coast of the Cassandra Peninsula, the town of Sani makes a great base for many of the local mountain bike rides. A good coast-to-coast ride crosses to the town of Haniotis on the west coast and then climbs to the mountain village of Cassadrino before crusing through endless pine forests. Another great trek heads to the southern tip of the peninsula where plenty of secluded sandy tracks wind. Also, dont forget to check out the narrow tracks leading through Parthenonas, Livadi and Agios Pavlos.
Overall, Cassandra Peninsula is the 10th most popular mountain bike trail of all 12 mountain biking rides in Greece.
