In the Kaibab National Forest, an 19 mile out & back with excellent canyon views and spur mountain bike rides. From Jacob Lake, FS67 south 0.25 mi. -> FS461 west 8 mi. -> FS462 west -> FS422 south -> FS447 west 4 mi. -> FS427 -> FS425 -> FS 234 -> FS233 -> park at intersection.

Overall, Sowats Point is the 67th most popular mountain bike trail of all 103 mountain biking rides in Arizona.
