Near Flagstaff, this 5 mile mountain biking segment provides plentiful wildlife and great views of the San Francisco Peaks heading northwest from the Marshall Lake trailhead. Watch for bald eagles in winter and osprey in summer while crossing the Anderson Mesa through broad grassy upland. The trailhead is located about 12 miles southeast of Flagstaff off Lake Mary Road (FS3) on FS128.
