Located in the Dragoon Mountains northeast of Tombstone, the 25 mile Cochise Trail is an arduous full-day mountain bike ride. The loop combines jeep and singletrack trails past granite formations and oak/juniper forests spanning several canyons. The mountain bike ride starts from the NFS Stronghold CG. For further excitement, look for the route that leads all the way to Tombstone!

Keep an eye out for jaguars, which have been reported in this area.
