Near Mena and west of Hot Springs in the Ouachita National Forest, the 33 mile Womble Trail is a mainly packed dirt and clay mountain bike singletrack through hardwood and pine forests near the Ouachita River. This is a point-to-pointmountain bike route starting at the North Fork Lake parking area on FS68 and ending at the parking area on FS75D.

Overall, Womble Trail is the 2nd most popular mountain bike trail of all 14 mountain biking rides in Arkansas. Several of the better mountain bike trails are nearby Womble Trail including Buffalo Gap Mountain Bike Route, Ouachita National Recreation Trail, Bear Creek Trail System, Ouachita National Forest, Billy Creek Trail and Boardstand TrailHorsetheif Springs Trail.
