South of Frisco, the Tiger Road area has many side forks worth exploring while enjoying the splendor of surrounding peaks. To reach the mountain biking trailhead from Frisco, head south on SR9 to Tiger Road. Proceed east on Tiger Road to where it becomes dirt and park. Continue riding up Tiger Road past mining remnants. Pick one or more of the side forks to explore.

Overall, Tiger Road is the 64th most popular mountain bike trail of all 178 mountain biking rides in Colorado. Several of the better mountain bike trails are nearby Tiger Road including Colorado Trail - Searle / Kokomo Pass, Colorado Trail - Swan River Valley, Mayflower Gulch, Miners Creek Trail, Montezuma Loop Trail and Peru CreekWilliams Peak.
