Colorado Trail - Swan River Valley For Mountain Biking

The 48th most popular mountain bike trail in Colorado.

South of Frisco, a 24 mile loop follows a section of the Colorado Trail through forested hillsides above the Swan River Valley up to 11,110. To reach the mountain biking trailhead from Frisco, follow SR9 south for 4.6 miles. Turn right onto FS950 and park at the Gold Hill parking area. Ride up the bike path and turn left onto Tiger Road. At 5.5 miles veer right onto Middle Fork Road. At 7.8 miles, turn left onto the Colorado Trail and mountain bike ride it all the way back to SR9.

Overall, Colorado Trail - Swan River Valley is the 48th most popular mountain bike trail of all 175 mountain biking rides in Colorado.
