North of Wilmington in Brandywine Creek State Park (aka Beaver Valley), the rocky 10 mile Greenway Trail is a lush byway through the park with dozens of side trails through popular forests. Themountain bike route starts from the JCC parking lot on Garden-of-Eden Road. Brandywine Creek State Park is located three miles north of Wilmington at the intersection of Delaware Routes 100 and 92. The entrance is on Adams Dam Road.

Overall, Brandywine Creek State Park is the 2nd most popular mountain bike trail of all 5 mountain biking rides in Delaware. Several of the better mountain bike trails are nearby Brandywine Creek State Park including White Clay Creek State Park, Lums Pond State Park and Middle Run Natural Area.
