Located north of Miami on Biscayne Bay, the 1,000 acre Oleta River State Park has 20 miles of winding, technical singletrack with roots and rocks. For the beginner, there are over 4 miles of novice trails and 3 miles of paved trail.

To reach the mountain biking trailhead from US95, use NE 163rd Street Exit (SR826). Head east on SR826 for 4 miles. Park on right after Biscayne Blvd.

Overall, Oleta River State Park is the 4th most popular mountain bike trail of all 58 mountain biking rides in Florida. Several of the better mountain bike trails are nearby Oleta River State Park including Markham Park, Eagles View Multi-Use Trail System, Everglade National Park, Dyer Park and Fort Pierce Bike Trail.
