Southwest of Naples near Copeland, the 69,000 acre FSSP has 13 miles of trails open to mountain bikers on mostly hard packed jeep roads. Watch for mink, panther and bear. To reach the trailhead from Naples, head east on US75. At Miles City, follow SR29 south for 13 miles into park.

Overall, Fakahatchee-Strand State Preserve is the 11th most popular mountain bike trail of all 58 mountain biking rides in Florida. Several of the better mountain bike trails are nearby Fakahatchee-Strand State Preserve including Belle Meade Trail and Collier-Seminole State Park.
