Nip and Tuck Trail For Mountain Biking

North of Stanley, the popular Nip & Tuck is a 6.5 mile one-way mountain bike route with awesome views of the Sawtooths. Themountain bike route starts from the Salmon River north of Stanley on SR75, and heads up Nip & Tuck Creek along FS633. Continue north on FS633 and turn west on FS653 to SR21. Either return via the same route, or follow SR21 east back into Stanley.

TO reach the trailhead from Stanley at SR21, head north on SR75 for 2.5 miles. Park at the Salmon River rafting access Ace Of Diamonds lot.

Overall, Nip and Tuck Trail is the 5th most popular mountain bike trail of all 63 mountain biking rides in Idaho. Several of the better mountain bike trails are nearby Nip and Tuck Trail including Warm Springs Trail, Elk Meadows Loop Trail, Ten Mile Ridge Trail, Backcountry Hot Springs, Fisher Creek / Williams Creek Loop and Headwaters of the SalmonWarm Springs Creek Trail.
