In the Caribou - Targhee National Forest, there are several mountain bike trails in the Teton Valley. These routes include the Aspen Trail, Mill Creek Trail, Mouth of Horseshoe Canyon (20 mi.) and the Packsaddle Lake Loop (10 mi.)

Overall, Teton Valley Trails is the 8th most popular mountain bike trail of all 63 mountain biking rides in Idaho. Several of the better mountain bike trails are nearby Teton Valley Trails including Fall Creek / Swan Valley Trail, Ridge Trail and Bear Creek/Palisades Trail.
