CDT - Chief Joseph Pass to Big Hole Pass For Mountain Biking

The 21st most popular mountain bike trail in Idaho.

Northeast of Salmon, a nice stretch of the Continental Divide Trail runs from Chief Joseph Pass to Big Hole Pass. This 13.5 mile one-way mountain bike route combines FS081 (Anderson Mountain Road) and singletrack starting six miles in at the base of Anderson Mountain. The road is relatively untraveled due to roughness. Off the first three miles are numerous singletrack spurs from the cross country ski trails based at Chief Joseph Pass trailhead parking located one mile east on SR43 from SR93.

Overall, CDT - Chief Joseph Pass to Big Hole Pass is the 21st most popular mountain bike trail of all 63 mountain biking rides in Idaho.
