Hastings Trail For Mountain Biking

The 6th most popular mountain bike trail in Maine.

In the White Mountain National Forest, the Hastings Trail provides a possible loop mountain bike ride beginning at the State line on US Rte #2 and following the trail to the swinging bridge at Hastings. Cross the bridge and head north on Rte #113 to Gilead, Me then west on Rte #2 to the parking area. Total distance of this loop is approximately 6.8 Miles. CAUTION: Route #113 does not have paved shoulders to mountain bike ride on -- Watch for traffic.

Overall, Hastings Trail is the 6th most popular mountain bike trail of all 9 mountain biking rides in Maine.
