Located 18 miles north of Columbia in the Mark Twain National Forest, the Cedar Creek / Pine Ridge Traill is a 35 mile route, of which, only the first 8 miles are well blazed. This hardpacked singletrack winds and twists through several descents and up along deep gullies. To reach the mountain biking trailhead from Columbia, follow US70 to SR63 south. Exit SR63 at Ashland/Guthrie onto CR Y. Turn east onto CR Y for roughly 8 miles to the Pine Ridge Recreation Area on the left.

Overall, Cedar Creek / Pine Ridge Trail is the 3rd most popular mountain bike trail of all 27 mountain biking rides in Missouri.
