Sully Creek State Park For Mountain Biking

The 3rd most popular mountain bike trail in North Dakota.

Near Medora in the Sully Creek State Park, the Sully Creek Trail is a 5 mile singletrack loop around a plateau. The loop starts near the Sully Creek Campground. From the campground, continue up East River Road for 150 yards. Take a right onto the doublemountain bike track for 300 yards and the turn right onto the fire trail. Climb up to the summit for a cool view of the Custer Wash. Follow the loop around the plateau and watch for rock pile marking the descent. This trail leads back to the ridge near the campground.

Dont forget to try out the Maah Daah Hey Trail which runs north from the park through the Little Missouri National Grasslands!

Overall, Sully Creek State Park is the 3rd most popular mountain bike trail of all 8 mountain biking rides in North Dakota.
