Underdown Wildlife Area For Mountain Biking

The 11th most popular mountain bike trail in Wisconsin.

Undulating hills and numerous small lakes (kettles) nestled among birch and northern hardwood hills make for excellent riding. Miles of logging roads, cross county ski trails and a bit of singlemountain bike track crisscross the Underdown Wildlife Area. Located roughly 10 miles northeast of Merrill. From SR 51 turn east on CR H. Then turn east again when CR H turns north. Go past Lincoln Hills School about three miles on Copper Lake Road. Park across from Luecks Lake.

Overall, Underdown Wildlife Area is the 11th most popular mountain bike trail of all 20 mountain biking rides in Wisconsin.
