Northwest of Laramie, the Medicine Bow National Forest has many breath-taking trails around Pole Mountain and the Snowy Range. The Rock Creek Trail (26 mi./2600) is a narrow , ledge-huggingmountain bike route winding along a granite canyon above lodgepole and aspen forests. The trailhead is off Rock Creek Canyon Road two miles south of Arlington.
