East of Vancouver in the Coast Mountains, the 55,600 acre GEPP has several old logging tracks that have been converted into mountain mountain biking trails. The GEPP is about 11km north of Maple Ridge on the north side of the Frascer River of Highway 7.

Overall, Golden Ears Provincial Park is the 6th most popular mountain bike trail of all 46 mountain biking rides in British Columbia. Several of the better mountain bike trails are nearby Golden Ears Provincial Park including Old Buck Trail, Eagle Ridge, North Shore - Seymour, North Shore - Fromme and North Shore - Cypress.
