Northwest of Calgary and Sundre, the Bearberry Nordic Centre has 35km of trails open to off-road motorcycle trails riding that roll through pine and spruce forests.

To reach the Bearberry Nordic Centre from Sundre, head west on Highway 584 for 35 km (the Centre is 10km west of the Bearberry Saloon). All the roads are paved. Stay always on Highway, it is a paved road until you come to the James River. Cross the James River bridge, there you will see the Bearberry Nordic Centre sign. Please turn to the right onto our private driveway.

Overall, Bearberry Nordic Centre is the 7th most popular dirt bike trail of all 38 dirt biking rides in Alberta. Several of the better dirt bike trails are nearby Bearberry Nordic Centre including Red Deer River ORV Staging Area, Deer Creek ORV Staging Area and James-Wilson ORV Staging Area.
