Southeast of Lake Havasu City near Alamo Lake, the Alamo Lake Road is a graded dirt road that provides access to the west side of Alamo Lake and numerous dirt biking trails. These dirt bike trails include: Flag Mine Trail, McCracken Peak Trail, Rawhide Mountains Trail and Signal Road Trail.

Alamo Road is located north of Pheonix off SR60 at Wenden.

Overall, Alamo Lake ORV is the 13th most popular dirt bike trail of all 46 dirt biking rides in Arizona. Several of the better dirt bike trails are nearby Alamo Lake ORV including Mineral Wash - Bill Williams River Trail, South Plomosa Range ORV Trail, Standard Wash ORV Area, Swansea Loop Trail, Crossroads Area and Copper Basin Dunes Riding Area.
