Between Sacramento and Placerville, the Prairie City SVRA has 50 miles of off-road motorcycle trails riding rolling over 836 acres.

To reach the trailhead from Sacramento, follow US50 for 23 miles towards Placerville. Turn south on Praire City Road for 2 miles. Turn right on White Rock Road to the trailhead.

Overall, Prairie City SVRA is the 50th most popular dirt bike trail of all 117 dirt biking rides in California. Several of the better dirt bike trails are nearby Prairie City SVRA including Mammoth Bar OHV Area, Carnegie State Recreation Area, White Pines OHV, Mi-Wok OHV, Deer Creek OHV Staging Area and Stonyford ORV Area.
