Northeast of Los Angeles and northwest of San Dimas, the San Gabriel Canyon OHV Area offers up to 150 acres of diverse off-road opportunities that are open to offroad motorcycling. While riding, you may encounter water crossings, rocks, dirt roads and sand hills which vary in difficulty depending upon the season. The assortment of physical terrain for dirt biking is unmatched anywhere in this area.

To reach the dirt biking trailhead for an Gabriel Canyon OHV Area from US210, use the SR39 exit. Head north on SR39 through Azusa for about 12 miles. The entrance station is located on SR39.

This is an open riding area, therefore, there is no trail map available.

Overall, San Gabriel Canyon OHV Area is the 5th most popular dirt bike trail of all 117 dirt biking rides in California.
