In the Rio Grande National Forest, he Bristol Head Peak Road is a 15 mile route open to off-road motorcycle trails riding. The road begins by fording Spring Creek and climbing through apsen and spruce up to the sub-alpine park, Ouray Park. Then, the road drops and crosses Bennett Creek before leveling off.
Directions from Lake City: Travel about 24 miles south on Hwy 149. On the left is FR 513. Turn onto road and park. If you hit the North Clear Creek falls, youve just gone past the road.

Non-residents are not required to register in Colorado, if they are registered in their home states. All off-highway vehicles must have an approved muffler and spark arrester.
