South Fork Dirt Riders For Dirt Biking

Southeast of Springfield and west of Taylorville, the South Fork Dirt Riders area has 320 acres of off-road motorcycle trails riding through timbered trails and some flat tracks. This private facility charges an access fee. It is open 7 days a week from 8am to dusk. Bathrooms, showers and camping is available onsite.

This 4-wheeler and off-road motorcycle park is located on SR104. To reach the trailhead from Taylorville, take route 104 West towards Kincaid. About 5 miles out of Taylorville, just after rounding a gentle S curve you will see the Park Entrance Sign on your left.

Note: helmets and goggles are required to ride.

Overall, South Fork Dirt Riders is the 8th most popular dirt bike trail of all 20 dirt biking rides in Illinois.
