From Embden to Bingham, the Kennebec Valley Trail is a 14 mile dirt biking route along the Kennebec River. The route offers spectacular views that take riders along the edge of the Kennebec River from Embden through Solon to Bingham. This route includes the historic Arnold Trail on the Kennebec River. It has a hard gravel surface that is open year-round.

Overall, Kennebec Valley Riding Trail is the 2nd most popular dirt bike trail of all 12 dirt biking rides in Maine.
