Southwest of Duluth and east of Duquette in the Nemadji State Forest, the Continental Divide / Upper Willow Loop is a 13.5 mile dirt biking route.

Overall, Upper Willow Loop is the 14th most popular dirt bike trail of all 21 dirt biking rides in Minnesota.
