Dual Sport Motorycle Trail For Dirt Biking

The 2nd most popular offroad motorcycle trail in Pennsylvania.

North of Harrisburg and west of Lewisburg in Bald Eagle State Forest, the Dual Sport Motorycle Trail is designated for dual-sport trail bikes (licensed for highway use). Also known as Seven Mountains Ramble Trail System, there are about 90 miles of dirt biking trails total. The trails are marked with yellow blazes and are one-way.

There are two dirt bike trailhead parking areas for the Dual Sport Motorycle Trail on the east and on the west side. The Jacks Mountain Parking Area is located along SR235 about 3 miles south of Glen Iron. The Seven Mountains Rest Area parking lot is located along US322 west bound (closed mid-November to mid-May).

Note: Motocross, unlicensed bikes and ATVs are not permited on the trail system.

Overall, Dual Sport Motorycle Trail is the 2nd most popular dirt bike trail of all 29 dirt biking rides in Pennsylvania.
