North of Moab, the Gemini Bridge route is a 13.5 mile one-way route along a rough, old jeep road that is open to dirt biking. When ridden west to east, there are great descents (total vertical of 1,400), but save energy for the sand traps at the end in Little Canyon. Best done with a car shuttle. The route is blazed with brown carbonite signs. Keep an eye out for Bighorn Sheep.
To reach the eastern dirt biking trailhead for Gemini Bridges from Moab, head north on US191 for 8.5 miles. The traihead is on the left.
To reach the western trailhead from Moab, head north on US191 to SR313. Turn left heading west for 12.5 miles. Trailhead is on the left.
Overall, Gemini Bridges is the 4th most popular dirt bike trail of all 68 dirt biking rides in Utah. Several of the better dirt bike trails are nearby Gemini Bridges including Amasa Back Trail, Chicken Corners Trail, Poison Spider ORV Trail, Porcupine Rim Trail and Sovereign Trail.
