West of Medford and Perkinstown in Taylor County, the Perkinstown Trail is a 20 mile route on gently rolling wooded wetlands.

To reach the dirt biking trailhead from Medford, head west on SR64 for 15 miles and look for parking on north side of the road.

Overall, Perkinstown Trail is the 20th most popular dirt bike trail of all 26 dirt biking rides in Wisconsin. Several of the better dirt bike trails are nearby Perkinstown Trail including Dead Horse Run Trail, Flambeau Trail System and Great Divide Trail.
