In the Wise River Ranger District, the Lost Horse Creek Trail #135 is a 7 mile route open to dirt bike riding. It connects with the Pioneer Loop Trail #750 near Alder Pass and continues south along Lost Horse Creek to the junction with Pettengill Creek Trail #2545.

Overall, Lost Horse Creek Trail is the 25th most popular dirt bike trail of all 30 dirt biking rides in Montana.
