Little Joe Trail For Dirt Biking

The 29th most popular offroad motorcycle trail in Montana.

In the Wise River Ranger District, the Little Joe Trail #43 is a 6 mile route open to offroad motorcycle riding.

To reach the trailhead from Butte, go west on I-90 for 3.5 miles. Go south on I-15 for 18.5 miles. Go west on HWY 43 for 12.2 miles to Wise River. Turn left (south) on Wise River Polaris Rd. and go 17 miles. Look for the trailhead on the left.

Note: The trail map is based off a BDNF trail map dated 1996.

Overall, Little Joe Trail is the 29th most popular dirt bike trail of all 30 dirt biking rides in Montana.
