On the south side of Calgary, the Wild Rose MX has five tracks open to dirt biking. There are three full-sized tracks: the main track has the biggest jumps and is used for spectator events, the east track has intermediate jumps for practice, and the hill track has natural style terrain with sandy soil. In addition, there is a peewee track and mini track. The tracks are maintained by the Wild Rose Motocross Association.

Overall, Wild Rose MX is the 15th most popular dirt bike trail of all 38 dirt biking rides in Alberta. Several of the better dirt bike trails are nearby Wild Rose MX including McLean Creek ORV Use Area, The Homestead and Brooks Motorcycle Park.
