Spanning the Black Range and Toolangi State Forests, the Marginal Road Trail Bike Area has numerous kilometers of routes for offroad motor biking. The trail bike network consists of forest roads and tracks. There are two main tracks: Ride 1 (50km) with steep climbs/descents and Ride 2 (100km) with steep, rocky descents.
The Marginal Road Trail Bike Area is located within 0.5km of the forest entrance off Melba Highway off Marginal Road.
To reach the Marginal Road Trail Bike Area from Melbourne, head northeast on Melba Highway for 35km. From Glenburn, travel 6km south on the Melba until you reach Marginal Road. If travelling from Yarra Glen, Marginal Road is 7km past the Toolangi/KingLake turn off. The visitor area is a further 500m along Marginal Road.
