Southwest of Chicago and north of Ottawa, the Fox Valley Off Road area has 10 miles of off-road motorcycle trails riding over 105 acres. The trails are bi-directional and are not well-marked.
East of Marion in Williamson County, the Little Egypt Off Road area has 30 miles of dirt bike trails over 400 acres. The routes pass through rolling wooded hills and open fields.
Southeast of Harrisburg in Saline County, the Williams Hill Pass Association has 17 miles of dirt bike trails over 220 acres. There are hills, wooded routes and an open field track. This is a great place to bring the family to ride.
Near Rockford, the 120-acre Rocky Glen OHV Park features miles of dirt bike trails. In addition, Rocky Glen offers three scramble areas of different difficulty levels: a beginners training area, an intermediate obstacle course and an advanced technical skills area.
Southeast of Springfield and west of Taylorville, the South Fork Dirt Riders area has 320 acres of off-road motorcycle trails riding through timbered trails and some flat tracks. This private facility charges an access fee.
South of Rockford and Byron, the Byron Motorsports Park is open to dirt bike riding. There are two tracks onsite: the original Legacy track and the new Hilltop track. The Legacy track is our original MX course which started humbly in 1969. It is a natural terrain track with wood chips and man-made obstacles. The Hilltop track is a moto-staduim layout with a harder surface and more man made obstacles.
South of Mount Vernon near Du Quoin, the Paradise Motopark has a one-mile motocross track. The national-style track has natural terrain with a loamy sawdust laden soil. The jumps are mainly stepups and tabletops.
Southeast of Springfield and west of Casey, the Lincoln Trail Motosports Off-Road Park is open to dirt bike riding. There are over 280 acres for wooded trails and MX tracks.
