Vestal Offroad Trails

Southwest of Binghamton and south of Vestal in Broome County, there are 8 miles of off-road motorcycle trails over 100 acres. There is a beginner section and a new intermediate route. These family-friendly trails are through open farmland.  MORE INFO

Altmar Trails

North of Syracuse and southeast of Altmar in Oswego County, the 8,700 acre Happy Valley Wildlife Management Area has 28 miles of off-road motorcycle trails riding over 2,500 acres. This is easy to intermediate riding through wooded, rolling terrain. There are an additional 11 miles of trails currently under development.  MORE INFO

North Chemung

East of Corning and Elmira in Chemung County, the North Chemung area has 12 miles of off-road motorcycle trails over 200 acres. The routes are for beginners and intermediates through wooded terrain. The trails on this private property is maintained by the NYTRO Southern Tier Chapter. Club membership and a club land use sticker is required to ride these trail.  MORE INFO

Claverack Motocross

South of Albany and northeast of Hudson, the Claverack Motocross has a natural terrain track open to dirt biking. There are several tabletops, but no doubles or whoop sections. This is a family-oriented motocross area.  MORE INFO

Area 51 Motocross

East of Buffalo near Batavia, the Area 51 Motocross has a motocross track and a peewee track. This small area is very popular due to its convenience to Buffalo and Rochester, and being adjacent to US90.  MORE INFO

Broome-Tioga MX

South of Syracuse and northwest of Binghamton near Richford, the Broome-Tioga MX area has two tracks open to motocross racing. The first is a dirt track available in two configurations such as district races or as a national track. The second is a all-natural grass track that is typically used for grand prix style races or hare scrambles.  MORE INFO

Cohocton Motocross

South of Rochester near Cohocton, the Cohocton Motocross has a 1.5 mile motocross track over 50 acres. The track combines natural terrain with man made jumps to make a superb racing experience for all skill level riders.  MORE INFO

Frozen Ocean Motocross

Southwest of Syracuse near Auburn, the Frozen Ocean Motocross has several tracks including a motocross track, a supercross track and a PeeWee track. The motocross track consists of rolling hils, jumps, uphill start on concrete starting pad with rich loam soil that produces lots of lines and ruts for a true motocross track.  MORE INFO

Hogback Hill Motocross

East of Rochester and Palmyra, the Hogback Hill Motocross has a 3 mile dirt bike track and a peewee track. The biggest track is a 35 acre 3 mile motocross track with its own underground watering system. The track has 14 jumps that range from 20 to 110 feet and include doubles, triples and plenty of table tops.  MORE INFO
