FEATURED: Anderson Pass / Sanctuary Pass
The Anderson Pass / Sanctuary Pass loop is a six day trek along an unblazed remote backcountry route through pristine valleys and tundra of the Alaska Range.
To reach the hiking trailhead, use the National Park bus from the main visitor center to the Sanctuary River stop.
The route begins by heading south through a wide valley and up to the headwaters at a high pass.
