In the Spanish Pyrenees, the 60 square mile Monte Perdido National Park is in the lush Ordesa Valley. Carved by glaciers, the valley is enclosed by steep sandstone and limestone cliffs. Get ready for forests of fir and beech, wildflower meadows, and blooming rhododendrons. There are plenty of hiking trails past waterfalls or high alpine meadows.
