Near Neillsville in west-central Wisconsin, the 25 km Levis Trow Mound Trail System was constructed for hiking, biking and cross-country skiing. Theres plenty of wildlife -- deer, fox, coyote and even a rare wolf from the Central Wisconsin pack, can be seen here.

To reach the trailhead from the intersection of US 12 and SR 95 in Merrillan, go east on SR 95 for 6.2 miles to parking on the left.

Overall, Levis Trow Mound Trail is the 4th most popular hiking trail of all 18 hikes in Wisconsin.
