Hiking The Hendrys Creek / Mount Moriah Trail

East of Ely, The Hendrys Creek Trail is a 23 mile round trip arduous trek from 7,000 feet to nearly the top of Mount Moriah (12,000).

To reach the hiking trailhead from Ely, head east on US 50 for 58 miles to the Great Basin National Park turnoff. Directly opposite the turn, head north on the unpaved road to Hendrys Creek.

Overall, Hendrys Creek / Mount Moriah Trail is the 13th most popular hiking trail of all 20 hikes in Nevada.
