Hiking The Susquehanna State Park

Northeast of Baltimore and west of Newark, the Sesquehanna State Park has an excellent network of 7 trails. Most trails are short, under 3 miles, but can be linked to form nice loops through scenic forests.

To reach the hiking trailhead, follow US95 to Havre De Grace exit. Follow signs to Stepping Stone Museum once you get to the rivers edge go left 2 miles. Park in picnic area in far left corner.

Overall, Susquehanna State Park is the 11th most popular hiking trail of all 20 hikes in Maryland.
