The Nassau-Suffolk Trail is a 22 mile hiking route between Massapequa on the south shore to Cold Spring Harbor to the north shore.

The hiking trail is accessible from Bethpage State Park, Stilwell Woods or the parking area on SR25 in Woodbury just east of Path Mark.

Overall, Nassau-Suffolk Trail is the 21st most popular hiking trail of all 49 hikes in New York. Several of the better hiking trails are nearby Nassau-Suffolk Trail including Long Island Greenbelt Trail, Pine Barrens Trail, Walt Whitman Trail, Bethpage State Park, Connetquot River State Park Preserve and Montauk State Park Trails.
