Hiking The Evans Loop Trail

The 35th most popular hiking trail in Florida.

Southwest of Jacksonville and Orange Park, the Evans Loop Trail is a 16 mile hiking route in the 24,000 acre Jennings State Forest. Also, there is the 5 mile North Fork Black Creek Loop Trail.

To reach the hiking trailhead, follow SR21 (Blanding Blvd) to CR220A (Old Jennings Road). Head west on CR220A for 4 miles. Turn north on Live Oak Lane for 0.5 miles to the trailhead.

Overall, Evans Loop Trail is the 35th most popular hiking trail of all 43 hikes in Florida.
