Hiking The Silent Valley National Park

Near Mannarghat, the Silent Valley National Park is known for hiking and trekking in the India state of Kerala. It is a 89 square kilometer national park known for tigers, nilgiri tahr and niligiri langur.

To reach Silent Valley National Park by air, use Peelamamedu Airport in Coimbatore (155km) which is connected to Mumbai. Buses are available from Coimbatore to the park.

To reach Silent Valley National Park by railroad, use Olavakkode Railway Station in Palghat (75km). Buses are available from Palghat to the park.
